Our Founder

For more than three decades, Nadine has worked alongside innovators, founders, researchers across Aotearoa New Zealands innovation system. Throughout her career one thing became increasingly clear - many of the amazing people developing breakthrough technologies and tackling complex challenges were spending too much time navigating funding, financial management, governance and compliance and not enough time focused on the work that would ultimately create the greatest impact.

Instinct Lab NZ was created to help change that.

Today, Nadine works with ambitious founders to access funding the build the financial, strategice and goverance foundations required for success. Her goal is simply to help innovators spend more time advancing the technology, building the team and creating the partnerships to sustainably scale, while knowing the foundations around them are strong and fit for purpose.

Drawing on experience across the innovation, research, government and business sectors, Nadine brings a practical, strategic and highly collaborative approach to every engagement. She is passionate about helping innovators navigate complexity, accelerate progress and turn great ideas into positive real world impact.
